today i want to share to all of you tip for a better sleep. growing up kids need lots and lots of sleep. most need eight to nine hour of sleep every night. however,there are kids that have trouble sleeping . not getting enough sleep can affect grades in school. you'll also feel easily irritated and may fall sick easily too. anyway, here some tips on how you can sleep better and have a healthier mind and body:
the tips are:-
1. make a sleep routine
2. avoid coffee or drink that contain caffeine
3. stay away from electronics during bedtime
4. keep yourself active during the day
5. eat right
